- Does the staff at Villa Antea speak English?
Yes, all the members of our staff speak English, as well as some other foreign languages.
- What time are check-in and check-out?
Check-in is at 2:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am. Guests are permitted to leave their baggage under the care of the concierge both if they arrive before check-in time, and if they leave long after check out.
- If I will be arriving late in the evening, is it a problem?
Absolutely not! We are glad to do late check-in upon request (check in after 8:00pm has an additional cost). We ask you please to let us know in advance the time of your arrival (within 7pm of your arriving day).
- What services are included in the price?
Prices include breakfast and various other gratuities such as access to WiFi and museums reservation.
- What kind of breakfast is offered and at what time?
Breakfast is served between 8:00am and 10:00am: a large buffet with hot croissant and breads, home made cakes, marmalade, cheese and hams, cereal, biscuits, yogurts, eggs and fruits.
- Is it possible to have breakfast served in the room?
Yes, even though Villa Antea is well equipped with a charming breakfast room, it is possible to have breakfast served to your room upon request.
- Does Villa Antea have access to a parking?
Yes, we have a private parking in the courtyard.
- Is there an Internet Point available for the guests of Villa Antea?
In the Villa, rooms included, there is a free WiFi Internet connection. If needed, guests might use the desk’s internet point.
- What type of facilities are available in the rooms?
All of our rooms are equipped with the following: private bathroom with XXL shower and hair-dryer, direct phone, air conditioning, in-room safety box, mini-bar and LCD -TV. For more information about the rooms, please click here.
- Can I specify where I would like my room located or choose a particular room (floor, position, view)?
Our staff will do their best to accommodate special requests. We cannot guarantee room location, floor or other specific request because it is subject to availability, but please feel free to state your request during RESERVATION or in your AVAILABILITY REQUEST.
- Our kids are travelling with us, should we let you know?
All children under 4 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. Children under 2 years stay free of charge in a cot. Older children or adults are charged EUR 35 per night and person in an extra bed. Any type of extra bed or baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the staff.
- Our pet usually travels with us. Are we going to have to leave it at home?
Shorts size pets are welcome, we do however ask you to inform us in advance.
- How do I make a reservation on-line?
Room reservation is quick and easy with our reservation system SimpleBooking, certified and guarantee from VerySign (SSL128bi).
- Is the room rate per person or per night?
Rates are per ROOM, per NIGHT. Breakfast buffet, Tax & Service included.
- Which is the way of payment?
The payment of the stay is done directly at Villa Antea before your check out. Reservation must be guaranteed by giving us your credit card number or by sending us a one night deposit by bank transfer. Reservation service is totally costless.
- Why are my credit card details requested during the reservation?
The details of your credit card are requested only and exclusively to guarantee the reservation. No amount will be charged during this reservation. You will directly pay at your arrival at Villa Antea the full amount of your stay.
- What credit card types are accepted for guarantee/deposit?
Visa and Mastercard.
- What is the cancellation policy on my reservation?
No charge will be done on the credit card for cancellation or modification of your reservation if communicated within 12am of the 8th day before the arrival date. From the 7th to the 3rd day there is 1 night fee. Delayed cancellation or neglect to cancel will incur in a penalty charge equal to the full stay.
- What is the cost for using your online reservation service?
There is NO CHARGE or service fee to use our hotel reservation service.
- Is it safe to insert my credit card details?
The details of your credit card are sent over a cripted and certified SSL protocol (Secure Socket Layer). The certified SSL protocol guarantees the identity of the owners of the web site and the transparency for the consumer. The safe transmission of your credit card details is granted by the logo of a lock that will appear on the status bar of your Browser (internet Explorer). The transmission and the reception of data connecting to Secure Servers is marked by your Browser that displays the address of the internet site as https:// (final s) and not http://, as an ulterior confirmation of the transmission of secure and encrypted data.
